Stop wasting time
Haynes lists three in the self-generated category: disorganization, procrastination, and the inability to say no.
1 Disorganization: This is a big offender in wasting our time and most time management experts waste little time in jumping on disorganization with both feet. Many who offer training workshops in time management, as a prescription to overcoming this personal offence to killing time, advise us to keep a time log of every big and little thing we do for 24 hours. Some experts even like to punish us by suggesting we track our every move for a week!
The opposite of disorganization is organization and we are advised to organize our desks, our filing systems, our approach to work, our sticky post-it notes, even our lives. Now, I happen to believe a little organization is useful when
it comes to trimming time wasters
2. Procrastination: Harold Taylor has described procrastination.....

Assessing Client Needs
In times of confusion and uncertainty, organizations often turn to organization development (OD)consultants for help in addressing troublesome problems. The consultant’s first task is tounderstand the exact nature of the client’s concern and then to assist in selecting appropriatestrategies.

This could be a model of Initial OD Interview Questions, that provides a basic set of initialinterview questions for a consultant to ask.

Strategic Planning
What is a strategy?
Let’s say that a strategy, in a largely accepted way, is a structure of goals, politics, programs, actions, decisions, and resource allocation, that define what the organization is, what it does and how it does it.

What is Strategic Planning?
- Strategic Planning is a set of concepts, procedures and instruments that are meant to help leaders, managers and planners to think and act in a strategic way.
- Strategic Planning is also a process that conducts and supports development and change, as a response to organization’s needs and aspirations, through elaborating a program of actions that solves and anticipate the problems that may occur.

Internal Communication
Communication is the result of human need to “tell”, to transmit information to those around.
According to some field specialists, there are five fundamental “relational” needs that are at the same time objectives of every communication process: the need to be understood, the need to be known, the need to be valued, the need to influence and the need to be intimate with others.
Therefore, we permanently feel the need to say something, to show, to explain and to make known our thoughts and intentions.

If we feel the need to say something that we consider to be of significance and we don’t do it, we will start to express ourselves involuntary, in a hidden way, trough obvious anxiety, perceivable inner tension or even aggression.
Whatever we do, we can not stop to communicate (according to Palo Alto representatives). It is not proven yet if humans are the most communicative beings on Earth, but it is scientifically proven that for us communication is vital and it stays as a fundament to any social structures

Branding
One upon a time, brands were simple products like soap, tea, boring every day products that were consumed and replaced.
Nowadays brands established their place in our world, people all around the globe wear clothes that promote the names of different soft drinks, sport shoes, music bands, cell phones, universities, football teams, or other things they fill a connection with.

But why are brands such a clear and unique manifestation of our days? Simply because in a noisy world where rational decisions are almost impossible, brands represent clarity, safety, consistency, status, membership – all that a person needs in order to define itself.
Brands mean identity.

Dealing with Work Stress
Brain cells create ideas.Stress kills brain cells. Stress is not a good idea." (Doug Hall)

It has been widely believed that the most stressful jobs are those in the IT, nursing care, education, secretarial, and service industries. There are also surveys that included lawyers, engineers, marketers, and human resource personnel among the most stressed professionals.

Is it true that if you are in these professions, you must necessarily feel stressful at work? Can there not be occupational stress in other types of jobs? While external factors heighten our anxiety and responses, we should accept that how we perceive and deal with these factors will determine the final stress level in us.

With the right techniques, we can cope and manage stress even in these so called "stressful occupations"
